Server Location

Our servers are located in Nuremberg, Germany and hosted on an EU-based Hetzner Cloud VPS.

GDPR Compliance

Yes — Profectus AI is fully aligned with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We process and protect personal data in accordance with Articles 5–32 of the Regulation.

Do We Store Sensitive Data?

We collect only the personal information you voluntarily provide when registering for our services.

Are Projects Safely Stored?

Yes. All projects are:

  • Hosted on EU-based Hetzner Cloud VPS

  • Isolated in Docker containers

  • Protected by encryption

  • Backed up off-site daily

Deleting Your Account

To permanently delete your account:

  1. Go to your User Profile (top-right corner of the app)

  2. Click Delete Account — the big button is hard to miss
