Why Your Pro Account Looks Like a Free Account (or Projects Seem Missing)

If your Pro account or projects seem gone, you likely logged in using a different method (Google vs. email). Log out, then sign in using your original method — your data will reappear.

If your Pro plan or projects suddenly disappear, don’t worry — your data isn’t lost.
This usually happens when you log in using a different method than the one you used to sign up.


Why It Happens

Each login method creates a separate account, even if you use the same email address.
For example:

  • You originally signed up with Continue with Google

  • Later, you log in with Email + Password

Result: two different accounts — one with your Pro plan and projects, one brand new (Free).


How to Fix It

  1. Log out of your account

  2. Go back to the login page

  3. Log in using your original method

    • If you signed up with Google → click Continue with Google

    • If you signed up with email → use Email + Password

Once you log in correctly, your Pro membership and all projects will reappear automatically.


How to Avoid It

  • Always log in using the same method you used during sign-up.

  • Bookmark the correct login method for consistency.
