How do I change or reset my password?

Reset your Profectus.AI password through the login screen. The reset option appears after you enter your email and click Continue, not in your in-app profile.

You can reset your password through the login screen. There is currently no Change Password option in your in-app profile.

Reset your password

  1. Go to https://app.profectus.ai.

  2. Click Log in below the Continue button.

  3. Enter the email address you use for your Profectus account.

  4. Click Continue.

  5. Click Reset password and follow the instructions shown.

The reset option appears after you enter your email and click Continue—not on the first screen.

You do not need to delete your account or create a new one to reset your password. Never share your password or a password-reset link with support.
